Holiday Gift Guide

As a small business owner, you’re close with your employees. They are the backbone of your company and the ones who help make your dreams possible. Since the holidays are coming up, you want to make the effort to show your gratitude to them. You can do this by surprising them with presents that they’ll be sure to enjoy.

Most organizations have some type of celebration in honor of the holiday season. It may be as simple as an employee breakfast or lunch or a more elaborate event after working hours that might include alcohol, food and entertainment. Some companies don’t have an “event,” but there may still be an exchange of gifts. According to a survey of 1500 office workers, 94% of employees want a holiday gift from their employer to make them feel valued.

No matter the occasion, gifts for employees boost morale. They're more than just material tokens, they're ways to express gratitude and make employees feel valued. In an employee happiness survey, 45% of respondents said they believe appreciation gifts reflect their value at a company.

Gifts for employees working at home are surprises that improve remote work, making it healthier, more efficient, and more fun. People working from home may sometimes feel disconnected. Gifts can provide tangible reconnection.

Gift cards don't have the same staying power as a tangible gift. If a gift card is generic, doesn't feature the company's logo or branding, the recipient is more likely to associate their gift with CVS, Walmart or wherever they redeem it, rather than with their employer.

The best gifts are those that can be enjoyed together with the family or spouse/partner. A gift that extends beyond the holidays, that’s not consumable, is also appreciated.

With these in mind, we put together an idea book of popular gifts for employees or other important people in your life. Most of these items do not have a minimum order, which means they are also able to be individually personalized to make the gift extra memorable. Think outside the box! In addition to adding a name to a gift, you can also add pictures or a funny or meaningful saying.

No matter what you celebrate, we wish you a joyful holiday season!
